Cathode: Through heat recovery, condensation, and filtration, the goal is to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction in the air supply and exhaust system, NMP treatment, and gas purification. Meet the requirements for temperature, cleanliness, NMP concentration, and pressure inside the oven during the coating and drying process of lithium battery production. By strictly controlling the airtightness of pipelines and equipment, the goal of preventing NMP leakage can be achieved.

Anode: Through heat recovery, dehumidification, and filtration, the goal is to achieve energy conservation, constant dehumidification, and gas purification in the air supply and exhaust system. Meet the requirements for temperature, cleanliness, moisture content, and pressure inside the oven during the coating and drying processes in the production of lithium battery anodes.

In the production process of lithium batteries, NMP serves as a solvent for cathode coating slurry. During the processes of slurry preparation, coating, die-cutting and rolling, a small amount of NMP may escape into the indoor air around the process equipment, causing environmental pollution problems in the production workshop.
